Matthew is a Partner and specialises in commercial real estate with particular experience in leasing (including the use of green lease clauses), asset/portfolio management and acquisitions and disposals (both asset sales and share sales).
Matthew is instructed by a range of property investors and corporate occupiers including companies, charities and individuals.
He has previously worked in the London office of a global law firm as well as in-house for a property investment company. He joined the firm in April 2023.
