Monika Totman

Trainee Solicitor

Monika joined the firm in October 2023 as a paralegal in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department and began her training contract in April 2024. Her experience of contentious matters covers property, landlord and tenant disputes, insolvency, debt recovery and CIL. Monika has recently moved seats where she now supports the property department on a variety of transactions.

Monika currently assists the Property department on a range of transactions including:

Residential and Commercial sales and purchases.

Drafting and approving Deeds of Variation.

Transfers of equity.

Compiling, drafting and preparing documents for multiple residential possession proceedings across a number of different matters.

Instructing and liaising with Counsel to help our clients obtain specialist advice on complex issues, particularly on matters involving a breach of covenant and CIL.

Assisting in reviewing and drafting documentation.
