With a vast amount of experience in the real estate field, Poonam has been practising in property law for over 15 years and deals with all aspects of residential property, whether it is buying or selling your home or an investment property. She also acts for residential investors.
In addition, Poonam advises lessees and landlords on landlord and tenant matters including deeds of variation to resolve any ambiguities in a lease such as incorrect demise description and service charge provisions.
