Our Community and Social Responsibility Policy
Our Mission
We fully recognise our responsibilities as an employer, a business having an impact on its environment, and a member of the local community in which we operate. We take these responsibilities seriously and they underpin how we run our business.
Every member of the firm plays a valuable role in our endeavours to promote these values and we cannot do this without the support of all staff.
Our Charities
At CBG we are passionate about supporting charitable and community organisations. We demonstrate this support through fundraising and participating in charitable events – getting involved in both local and national initiatives. Whether it is advising, cycling, or running, we commit our time and energy to raising money for charitable causes.
We are actively involved in raising funds for several local and national charities. We have a balanced portfolio of charitable activities ranging from donations to raising money via both internal and external events.

CBG have donated a substantial sum towards the Trust’s causes to combat educational inequality and prevent the waste of talent.

St Martin in the Field
Every year, CBG sponsors a local homeless charity, St Martin in the Field, to provide a hot meal, a shower and clean clothes for over 100 vulnerable members during the festive year.
