Roll out programme of CBG Law client Mas Q Menos picks up a pace

Barely 2 years after opening its first UK outlet, Spanish Tapas and Jamon bar/restaurant operator, Mas Q Menos, has recently opened its 4th restaurant at 60 Holborn Viaduct London EC1.

And it doesn’t stop there as another 3 restaurants are in the pipeline with more planned over the next 2 years. CBG Law senior partner Peter Ruchniewicz (pictured below with Crisol Cacheiro of Mas Q Menos at the Holborn Viaduct opening) has been advising Mas Q Menos on its UK roll out programme and looks forward to the growing UK presence of Mas Q Menos: ‘ Mas Q Menos involved us in their UK project  from the outset so we were able to give them the benefit of our considerable restaurant sector experience in the wider context and not just specific to their units. This makes it particularly satisfying for us when you see the restaurants opening and things taking off’ he said.

Mas Q Menos was founded by the Cacheiro family in Barcelona over 40 years ago and has over 40 outlets in Spain with several in other European locations enjoyed by amongst others many visitors from the UK – a factor which was key in  the decision to enter the UK market according to Crisol Cacheiro: ‘We believed  - and it has proved to be the case - that there was considerable demand in the UK  for our offer  of exceptional Spanish food and drink in stunning modern restaurants at prices that offer incredible value for money (‘Mas Q Menos’ translates as ‘More for Less’). We came to CBG Law because of their experience in the restaurant sector and their advice in helping us establish our presence in a very competitive UK market has been invaluable'.
