Charlotte's focus lies in commercial and residential property litigation work including residential possession claims, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, forfeiture claims, dilapidations and rent arrears claims.

Recent Experience

• Acting for a residential landlord against tenants for substantial rent arrears, obtaining a possession order and money judgment. In addition, obtaining leave to transfer to the High Court for enforcement of a writ of possession.
• Acting for a commercial landlord, obtaining summary judgment against a tenant for substantial rent arrears and an unless order for the tenant to pay the court fee for their counterclaim.
