Maria joined the firm in 2023 and now supports the Property and Private Client departments on a variety of matters. Maria seeks to ensure that all client matters are handled in an approachable, pragmatic and efficient manner.
Having trained at CBG, Maria qualified as a Solicitor in April 2025.
Maria is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Italian.

Maria assists the Property and Private Client departments on matters including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential properties.
Negotiations of leases, licences etc.
Secured lending.
Preparation of Wills, including those where the testator holds assets both in and outside of the UK.
Probate and estate administration.
Trusts matters including both the creation and management of different trusts.
Assisting with the sale of several large commercial properties.
Reviewing planning documentation for large commercial and residential buildings to be sold/redeveloped.
Granting new residential long leases as part of the sale of part of a property portfolio.
Supporting with the administration of a large estate in circumstances where the surviving spouse passed prior to the administration of the estate of the first deceased.
