Orla O’Sullivan

Trainee Solicitor

Orla joined the firm as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Department in October 2024. She assists the team with a variety of contentious matters, including commercial disputes and contractual disputes.

She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2021, before going on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law. Most recently, she successfully completed the Legal Practice Course.

Service charge and rent arrears.

Judgement enforcement.

Freehold enfranchisement.

Landlord and tenant disputes.

Property disputes.

Preparing and drafting legal documents required by the court.

Assisting in document reviews and collating case materials.

Providing support to the team on debt recovery cases and property possession claims.
